Birmingham born chef Richard Turner and local restaurateur Nick Crudgington are pleased to announce the opening of their new restaurant, Turners, which is set to offer a first class dining experience within elegant premises just minutes from Birmingham city centre.
Richard is coming to Harborne with an excellent pedigree. The former Midlands Chef of the Year has been cooking for over twenty years working at some of the city's most prestigious restaurants together with experience gained at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons.
Turners will offer cuisine based around seasonal ingredients with a menu that offers diners the opportunity to sample modern and creative cooking at a reasonable price in a relaxed atmosphere. The wine list, which has been carefully selected, offers some old favourites along side wines from new and pioneering producers from around the world.
Turners will open on Friday evening, July 27th 2007.
